Kathy’s 2nd Chance Plants is a full-service studio florist, located at 3724 South 34th Street. They are open M-Th 10-6, and F-Sa 10-5. They offer unique, one-of-a-kind and custom designs for their customers, and have been open since 2010.
Why did you decide to become a business owner?
Entrepreneurship runs in our family. My husband owns his own company, Paul’s Professional Painting & Wood Refinishing, Inc. My husband had told me to give myself a 2nd Chance at something you love to do: flowers. So, that is how my company’s name was born.
What was the mission at the start of your business?
To do something I love to do.
