To Our Lily Pad Family,
A Message About Our Continuing COVID-19 Health and Safety Approach Ahead of April Gallery Night MKE
As our city begins to open and we begin to lift COVID-19 restrictions, we would like to reiterate our approach and reassure you that Lily Pad | West is not relaxing or eliminating any of our COVID-19 safety practices.
Since our re-opening in June of 2020, we have continued to follow all guidelines outlined by the City of Milwaukee, the State of Wisconsin, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, implementing a series of Safe Business Practices to create an environment for our clients and staff that is both enjoyable and safe. These measures have included:
- Providing daily health screenings to our employees and requiring anyone who is feeling sick, who has been around someone who is sick, or who has traveled recently to stay home
- Increasing daily cleanings and disinfecting all common surface areas throughout the day
- Requiring face coverings be worn at all times in the gallery, by both staff and visitors (if you do not have a face covering, we will provide one to you)
- Limiting the number of individuals in the gallery to 20 at a time
- Creating floor markings to encourage social distancing of at least 6 feet while enjoying the gallery
As we look forward to our upcoming Gallery Night MKE event with artist France Jodoin, we will not be changing any of our policies regarding COVID-19. During the event, we will be limiting the number of people in the gallery to 20 at a time, and will require that face coverings be worn at all times.
We will continue to offer private appointments for those who wish to limit their contact with others, and encourage anyone who is feeling sick to continue to enjoy our Virtual Gallery from home (https://lilypadgallery.com/virtual-gallery/)
